The Courtauld welcomes groups, whether from schools and universities or larger parties of visitors. To ensure the experience of visiting us is as good as it can be for everyone, we require advance notice of all group visits — allowing us to ensure there will be no crossover with other groups or tours that may impact your visit.
We regret that there are no coach parking facilities at The Courtauld, although a drop-off point can be found nearby at Victoria Embankment. Visit our Plan Your Visit page for more information on public transport routes.
School, college and university groups
If you are visiting The Courtauld from an educational facility, there is no charge to visit The Gallery. This includes primary and secondary schools, colleges and universities — both UK and international.
All groups must be booked in advance. Please see our Schools and Colleges section for further information and to book your visit.
All other groups
If you are visiting in a group of 16 or more people, please complete the form below. If your party is 15 or less you can book directly and you do no need to let us know in advance unless you intend on bringing or booking a tour guide (please email email@example.com). The maximum number permitted in one group is 30. If your group is larger than this you will need to book two time slots and split your group.
When planning your group visit, we recommend allowing at least two hours to get the most out of your visit. With our tempting shop and stylish Art Café to enjoy, you may wish to allow slightly longer.
Admission prices vary throughout the year, depending on the exhibition programme on the day of your visit. The prices below apply to groups of 16 or more, per person.
