- Date: Wednesday 8th July 2026
- Time: 12:00 pm (all attendees to be seated by 11:45am)
- Doors open: 9:00am for registration, gown collection and photography
- Location: Concert Hall, Barbican Centre, London, EC2Y 8D
- Reception: From 1:30 pm in the Barbican foyer
Important Deadlines
- Student ticket booking deadline: Friday 19th June 2026, 5pm
- Guest ticket booking deadline: Friday 26th June, 5pm
- Gownhire and photography booking deadline: Friday 26th June, 1pm
Invitations
Students will be asked to complete the task on eVision to confirm their attendance.
You will be asked to:
- Confirm whether you will attend
- Check your name spelling
- Provide the pronunciation for your name
- Inform us of an accessibility requirements
Student Tickets, Gowns and Photography
Your student ticket, academic gown and official photography must be booked through Ede and Ravenscroft. To assist you please use the graduation booking guide when using their website. Graduation is a formal occasion, and it is expected that you will wear smart attire beneath your gown.
Guest Tickets
Guest tickets can be purchased via the Courtauld website and will be issued digitally within one hour of purchase.
- Maximum of 4 tickets per student
- Price: £25 per ticket
- Children under 2: no ticket required
- Children aged 2-12: free ticket required
