Drop in to The Courtauld shop and celebrate London Craft Week with Jane McCall from Bloomsbury Revisited!
Bloomsbury Revisited is a small British company creating and producing a collection of lampshades and bases inspired by Charleston Farmhouse, items sold in The Courtauld shop.
The Courtauld holds one of the most extensive collections of works by artists from the Bloomsbury Group. This display presents a wide-ranging selection of objects from its holdings, many of which were bequeathed by the artist and art critic Roger Fry (1866 – 1934) to the newly formed Courtauld Institute of Art in 1935.
Still inspiring designers to this day, the Bloomsbury Group are known for their radical thinking, freedom of expression and eclectic use of colour. Take part in a Bohemian, Bloomsbury-inspired style mixed media workshop with Jane McCall.
This event is drop-in, free and open to all, spaces are subject to availability. All materials included.
