Advancing Green Education in Conservation

GOGREEN is delighted to announce a two-day workshop in London dedicated to advancing green education in conservation. GOGREEN is an EU-funded project developing sustainable, preventive, and remedial conservation practices. The workshop supports the green transformation of conservation in line with the European Green Deal.

Participants will explore practical tools, hands-on modules, and interactive sessions designed to embed sustainability into everyday conservation practice.

Who Should Attend

Professionals in conservation, heritage science, and conservation education.

Limited capacity: registrations are reviewed by the organising team and not currently open to the general public. Updates will be shared if additional spaces become available.

Title: Role of Advocacy in Cultural Heritage Care
(from Green Advocacy: Skill-Training, Future Proofing, Accessibility, and Social Cohesion)

An interactive workshop providing practical communication and leadership skills to advocate for greener practices within professional and community contexts. Participants engage in hands-on exercises and role-playing to influence sustainable change, strengthen accessibility and social cohesion, and future-proof cultural heritage care.
