Open Days
2023 Undergraduate Open Days
We ordinarily hold three in-person Open Days and one online Open Day per year. Our June in-person Open Day has now passed. Two additional in-person Undergraduate Open Days will take place this autumn on Sunday October 15, 2023 and Friday October 27, 2023. Both Open Days run from 14:00-16:30.
Taster lectures
Our taster lectures are short, introductory sessions given on open days to provide you with a sample of the teaching style, content, and academic environment you can expect at The Courtauld. Dive in!

October 27: Dr Maria Mileeva, Red Africa: Art, Collaboration, and Propaganda during the Cold War.
To ensure our Open Day attendees receive a comprehensive Courtauld experience, all participants will be given guest passes to the Gallery, valid for themselves and up to two additional guests.

2023 Postgraduate Open Days
Our postgraduate Open Days will also take place this autumn (dates tbc).

Vernon Square Campus tours
We hold regular small group campus tours for prospective students at our Vernon Square campus. You will meet with a current student, and find out about our resources, facilities and libraries, and student life at The Courtauld.

Gallery tours for prospective students
Want to find out more about The Courtauld’s Collection? Our small group Gallery tour will provide a 45-minute overview of The Courtauld Gallery’s history and collection. Led by a current student, the tour will also highlight how you can use the Gallery as part of your studies. After the tour is over, you are welcome to remain in the Gallery and browse at leisure.
