Study Tours

2025 sees new destinations along with returning favourites of our sought-after Study Tours, which are celebrated for their scholarly excellence, conviviality and small group size.

All of our 2025 Study Tours are now fully booked, except for a few places available on Vienna 1900: A Total Work of Art – September 2025 and Orientalist Paris: Colonialism and Fantasy in nineteenth- to twentieth-century Art. 

Study Tour fees include:

• Expert guidance and tuition by our course leaders.
• All relevant entry fees to museums, galleries and historic sites.
• Travel by public transport or coach between sites (where relevant during tours with more than one main destination).
• Many tours also include sessions in a classroom on site, or the provision of a pre-recorded lecture.
• Extensive pre-course reading materials on the VLE.

Travel to and from the primary destination of the tour, and accommodation, are not included in the course fee; participants are free to make their own arrangements.

All Study Tours include a good deal of walking and require a reasonable degree of physical fitness and mobility.
