RES|FEST is a free evening of pop-up talks, performances and exhibits that celebrates research in art history, curation and conservation.

Launched in 2017 at The Courtauld Institute of Art and The Courtauld Gallery, RES|FEST has welcomed a diverse and talented array of individuals from a variety disciplines to demonstrate why culture matters.

In 2018, RES|FEST will take place at The Ulster Museum, Belfast, marking the loan of Amedeo Modigliani’s Female Nude (c.1916) from the Courtauld Collection and the connected history between Courtauld’s Ltd and Northern Ireland.

Here you can revisit previous RES|FEST events including filmed talks, performances and programmes, as well as finding out the line up for RES|FEST x Belfast, happening on 25 October 2018.
