Elizabeth was thrilled by our discovery of the small but precious collection of Mongol art and historical objects in the museum at Ongi Monastery, Dundgovi Province, among which she found an artifact that proved to be a key piece of evidence on a hypothesis Elizabeth has been building on the historical perception of certain colours in Mongolia and its relationship to contemporary artistic production.
