Rachael is an arts, culture, and heritage professional with over 15 years’ experience working across higher education, public, and third-sector organisations in the UK. She specialises in impact, knowledge exchange, and cultural collaboration, helping universities, cultural institutions, and creative practitioners create meaningful, socially impactful projects. Prior to joining the Courtauld, he was the Senior Impact & Engagement Manager (Arts & Humanities) at Durham University. She also works as Higher Education Partnerships Lead for Opera North, and as a freelance consultant for organisations and projects at the intersection of higher education, and cultural and creative industries.
