ART HISTORY AND PRACTICAL WORKSHOP
Suitable for ages 16-18

The Courtauld holds one of the most impressive collections of prints and drawings in the UK, and we want to share this with you!

This one-day workshop will introduce you to a wide range of approaches to drawing and printmaking and a unique chance to view the original works up close in our Object Study Room, with Courtauld Curator Dr Rachel Sloan.

Artists include Sofonisba Anguissola, Rembrandt, J.M.W Turner, William Hogarth, Paul Gauguin, and Edouard Manet.

As well as carrying out research into works first-hand, you will also have an opportunity to create your own artistic responses in a range of media through a series of artist-led workshops.
