We have a selection of large and small meeting rooms across both campuses that can be set up in a variety of styles. They are perfect for conferences, lectures, debates, training and presentations.
Each room is equipped with full AV equipment.
Large Meeting Room Capacity and Styles
Theatre / Lecture Style
Theatre / Lecture style layouts in a large seminar room can facilitate 40-50 people
Boardroom Style
This style allows a capacity of 16-24 in our large seminar rooms
U-Shape
A U-Shape layout can hold 16-20 people in our large seminar rooms
Cabaret Style
If a cabaret style arrangement is more suited to your event, this large meeting room can facilitate 18 people
Informal
An informal layout can also be arranged, which allows more standing space.
For our large seminar rooms, standing arrangements allow 60 people.
Small Meeting Rooms
Our small meeting rooms at Vernon Square are equipped with large displays, ideal for meetings and presentations.
These rooms can be arranged in Boardroom Layout only and have a capacity of 8-16.
Seminar Room 1 at Somerset House
Seminar room 1 is situated in the historic North Block of Somerset House within The Courtauld Institute of Art. With a maximum capacity of 40 seats, Seminar Room 1 can be easily set up in theatre/lecture style, boardroom or U-shape layout and is perfect for conferences, lectures, debates, training, presentations etc.
This room can also be used for refreshment breaks in conjunction with The Kenneth Clark lecture Theatre.
Seminar Room 1 is set up with full AV equipment.
