Cities of a Century: Modern and Contemporary Art in New York and Philadelphia

Courtauld Study Tours bring together experts and small groups of enthusiasts to learn about the art and architecture of a place they love. After successful trips to major sites in Europe, we cross the Atlantic this autumn for an intense five-day exploration of New York and Philadelphia’s vibrant modern and contemporary art scene, led by experienced curators and scholars Mary Kate Cleary (MA 2010) and Tom Day.
Fee: £800 pp (includes expert tuition and all entry charges and transportation between New York City and Philadelphia and other nearby sites. Does not include travel to the USA and accommodation – students are free to make their own arrangements.)
