
The Courtauld x LITO Masters Competition | Terms and Conditions
To celebrate Claude Monet’s birthday and our Monet and London. Views of the Thames exhibition, we’re teaming up with LITO to give away one of their limited-edition prints, reproducing Monet’s London, Houses of Parliament, The Sun Shining through the fog, worth £895. Instagram giveaway terms and conditions – November 2024
- This competition is open from Thursday 14 Nov 2024 and closes on Thursday 28 Nov 2024 at 12.00 GMT.
- The competition is free to enter.
- Existing employees of The Courtauld or LITO are not permitted to enter this competition.
- To enter, entrants must follow or already be following The Courtauld’s Instagram page (@courtauld) and LITO Masters’ Instagram page (@lito_masters) and tag a friend in the comments. Each tag is valid for a single entry and there is no maximum limit.
- One winner will be selected by random draw by Courtauld staff using a randomised computer process, after the competition closes on Thursday 28 Nov at 12.00 GMT. Entries received after this time will not be counted.
- The prize will consist of one LITO Masters limited edition print London, Houses of Parliament, The Sun Shining through the fog, and two standard adult (or equivalent) tickets to the Monet and London. Views of the Thames exhibition at The Courtauld Gallery.
- The winner will be notified through an Instagram DM via the @courtauld account, and will be asked to confirm within 7 days. If this information is not received within this time, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize and offer it to the next eligible entrant drawn at random in accordance with the process described above.
- The decision of The Courtauld regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it. We reserve the right to exclude any entries which are inappropriate, fraudulent, or based on misconduct.
- The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives. Tickets to Monet and London must be redeemed before 13 Jan 2025.
- Instagram is not affiliated with, sponsoring, endorsing or administrating this competition. This promotion is subject to Instagram’s terms of service and privacy policy (found at https://instagram.com/about/legal/terms and https://instagram.com/about/legal/privacy).
- The Courtauld must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation The Courtauld will send the surname and county/country of major prize winners to anyone who emails marketing@courtauld.ac.uk within one month after the competition’s closing date, and provide this to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
- Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
- The winner is responsible for contacting The Courtauld to organise and collect their prize tickets. No responsibility is accepted for prizes not redeemed in accordance with the dates above.
- The Courtauld will not use any personal data submitted in the course of this competition for marketing purposes. Personal data will be provided in accordance with our Privacy Policy which can be found at: https://courtauld.ac.uk/about/policies/privacy.
- Competitions may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
- The competition will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
