Further Information

Tickets for Graduand Guests

Each graduand is entitled to bring up to two guests to the Degree Presentation Ceremony. Guest tickets are free of charge, and graduands apply for these tickets when the register for the ceremony via their e-vision account.

Please note, we are extremely restricted on the total number of graduands and their guests we can accommodate at St Martin-in-the-Fields. If you do wish to bring more than two guests, please contact We cannot guarantee to provide additional tickets, but you will be put on a waiting list.  If tickets do become available, we will allocate them on a first come first serve basis, so do be prompt in contacting us to avoid disappointment.

Please note: Additional guests arriving at the Degree Presentation Ceremony without entrance tickets will not be permitted to attend the ceremony.

Any guests arriving late (after the start time of the ceremony) will not be guaranteed entry to the ceremony.

We would strongly advise that the Degree Presentation Ceremony is not appropriate for small children, but if they attend, they must be accompanied by an adult. The ceremony is long, and small children do become restless, and may be disruptive to other guests during the ceremony.  Unfortunately, we do not have crèche facilities for small children during the ceremony.
