This one-day symposium which is being held in conjunction with the Georgiana Houghton: Spirit Drawings exhibition will bring together a range of artists, curators, art historians and historians of spiritualism to explore the connections between art, spiritualism and creativity in the nineteenth century to the present day. The day will start with the curators of the exhibition in conversation and will be followed by a series of short presentations, panel discussions and film screenings relating to themes and ideas raised by the exhibition.
