Support the most talented students at The Courtauld today and shape the visual arts of tomorrow
“Thanks to our donors, we are able to pursue and fulfil our dreams, whether to curate, educate, conserve or delve into sales or law, to name just a few of the myriad of options.”
The Courtauld Scholarship Fund provides support to students and ensures that they can study at The Courtauld, regardless of their financial circumstances.
Talented young art historians and conservators from all over the globe study at The Courtauld, becoming the leaders of the visual art profession and the talent which underpins the museum and gallery sector globally. For all of them the unique depth, breadth and quality of The Courtauld education offers a path to personal, intellectual and professional growth.
The Fund is essential in ensuring that our students reach their full potential, maintaining the highest level of art scholarship and training future world-class curators, conservators, art historians, journalists and teachers.
Our 5,500 alumni work across the art world, creating access to art and art history and ensuring the continued preservation of artworks and artefacts. See our distinguished alumni.
“My husband and I recently had the absolute pleasure of having dinner with our scholarship recipients. We experienced first-hand what it means to support deserving students who have had to go through a very rigorous process to first gain acceptance at The Courtauld and then to qualify for scholarship support. These students’ passion and commitment was contagious!”
Your support is needed for a wide range of scholarships from the UK and overseas. Scholarships are awarded to students to cover fees and in some cases a contribution towards living expenses, on the basis of academic merit combined with financial need.
