The Courtauld provides numerous IT services and facilities for students. Secure wired and wireless networks are available across nearly the entire site and student halls, while the IT Centres and Internet Café offer networked computers, printers, photocopiers and scanning facilities for student use.
Study resources and timetables are available digitally and distributed via a Virtual Learning Environment. Students can access the internet using Courtauld computers or on their own devices, and are provided with their own email address and account, which they can access using webmail, Microsoft office or their own email client.
As well as this, each student has access to a backed-up network drive for files, which they can also access remotely, and software such as Microsoft Office and image editing programmes.
Members of the IT team are also available on weekdays during term time to provide support in a variety of other technical areas.
