Our Approach to Twitter
If you’re following us, here’s what to expect:
- Alerts, chat and insight from The Courtauld’s various teams about what they’re doing, key events coming up, what’s happening and what others are saying about us
- Expect anywhere between 1-10 tweets a day across all our accounts, depending on how much is going on in The Courtauld
- Occasional live coverage of events, Twitter interviews with curators, academics and Q&As
- Last minute announcements, promotions and competitions
Availability
We mostly update and monitor our Twitter accounts during office hours, Monday to Friday, but will occasionally be tweeting at other times.
Direct Messages and @Replies
We welcome feedback and ideas from all our followers, and join the conversation where possible. We aim to read all @replies and Direct Messages and ensure that any questions or helpful suggestions are passed to the relevant people in The Courtauld.
