No paper tickets
No tickets will be sent for events, to save on administration and postage costs. Unless you hear to the contrary within 10 days your booking is confirmed. So, please note the dates and times of the events you have booked in your diary (and/or keep a copy of your booking form). We will however always send you a reminder email with the meeting details about one week before each event. If you have not received a confirmation email, please ring 020 3751 0546/1 or email firstname.lastname@example.org stating the event you are expecting to attend.
Booking required for every event
If there is no payment required you will still need to book the event but may do so by emailing email@example.com
Cancellation charges – crediting but no refunds
If you are no longer able to attend an event and you give us two weeks’ notice, we will credit you for the amount of the ticket minus a £10 administration charge per ticket unless the tickets have been pre-ordered and paid already to a third party. We cannot give refunds unfortunately. You may pass on your ticket(s) to a friend but please let us know so we know whom to expect.
Friends may book tickets for a maximum of one guest per event (unless the event description states otherwise). Please put the name of the guest in the appropriate column if you know whom you are inviting.
We comply strictly with relevant data protection legislation. Your personal details will be used to send you information about The Courtauld. We will never disclose your information to anyone outside The Courtauld except where we have your consent, where we are required to do so by law, or to other companies who provide a service to us.
