Lecturers' Biographies
Dr Anne Puetz is Short Courses Programmer at The Courtauld Institute of Art. She is a scholar of late 17th to early 19th- century British visual culture, was research curator of The Courtauld Gallery’s ‘Art on the Line: The Royal Academy Exhibitions at Somerset House 1780-1836’ (2001) and has many years’ experience teaching art history to adult audiences.
Sarah Hyde was Curator of Prints and Drawings at The Courtauld Gallery, before becoming Head of Interpretation at Tate Britain in 2000. She has curated many exhibitions, including ‘The Value of Art’ (1999) and ‘About Time’ (2000) at The Courtauld Gallery, and her publications include ‘Exhibiting Gender’ (1997). She currently teaches a course on interpretation as part of The Courtauld MA ‘Curating the Art Museum’.
