From Impressionism and Post-Impressionism to Fauvism and Expressionism, explore key works in the Courtauld Collection that influenced Wassily Kandinsky and other renowned Russian twentieth century artists. You will work with art historian and artist Helen Higgins to discover how Kandinsky crossed cultural and geographical boundaries, and create your own portfolio of works in response.

Insights Into Art History is a series of one-day workshops especially designed for 16-19 year olds to explore and investigate The Courtauld Gallery collection. Each day has an exciting focus and a new subject to discover!
