ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

We welcome applications from students from all over the world. Applicants must be enrolled on an accredited programme at a recognised institution and must have a good academic record.  If you are unsure as to your eligibility, please contact the Academic Registry.

If your first language is not English, we require an overall IELTS bandwidth of 7.0 or recognised equivalent.

Students currently attending a US university or college should have achieved a cumulative grade point average of at least 3.5.

Students are admitted into either the first or second year of the BA History of Art based on their present course of study and progress on that course. For example, students who wish to gain an introductory knowledge of art history or who study abroad early in their academic careers usually join the first year of the programme, and those who are studying the history of art and who are further along in their studies typically join the second year of the programme.

You will be informed whether you will be admitted into the first or second year of the programme when an admissions decision is reached.
